Iced Mayan Mocha

We’ve arrived at Coffee of The Week #2 and it’s another iced one.
It was cool throughout the week, but then things began to heat back up for this Labor day Weekend, so it only made sense to stick with a cold drink.
Recipe/Procedure
10 ozĀ 2% milk
2 shots of smooth, dark espresso
3 tablespoons of Ghiradelli Sweet Ground Chocolate
1/8 teaspoon of fresh ground cinnamon
a baby pinch of salt
1 cup of ice
Whipped Cream
Add the dry ingredients to a 16 oz glass or larger
Add the espresso and stir until smooth
Add the milk (more or less to taste)
Add the ice and top with whipped cream and a bit of ground cinnamon
