Sweetbird Syrups

sweetbird syrups and whistlesFor all of my readers that are constantly chasing their next great sugar-high, I have just gotten my hands on some of the most wonderful syrups. They go by the name “Sweetbird” and good lord are they tasty. I was surely hoping that I would indeed stumble upon something wonderful and new and I did!

I currently use Monin syrups which are most definitely remarkably great, but I have never tasted a vanilla syrup so balanced and full of true vanilla essence. Most vanilla syrups might as well be corn syrup. They lack the character that you get from a vanilla bean and that just isn’t right. Sweetbird has definitely done right by the bean and I am pleased as punch. Not to mention that they sent the most adorable, little whistles! I have taken to blowing the whistle whenever I get overly excited about something or if I just want to prove a point… Which ultimately means people will tire of hearing this whistle by the weeks end.

I will definitely be ordering a few other flavors from them and surely reporting back to you on those, but for now I have Strawberry, Vanilla and English Toffee on my hands and I am enjoying them in just about everything I make for myself. I have been drinking a lot of black coffee and tea because I was beyond bored with experimenting, hence the lack of inspiration to pull another drink of the week out of my hat. But that ended yesterday when my samples arrived!

If you are a coffee shop owner, I strongly suggest that you call them up and get your own taste of this magically delicious syrup.

Not to mention that I also received some of their smoothies, which are comparable to Odwalla and Bolthouse Farms drinks and they really are very good and have an even longer shelf life! Amazing.

Before I bore you all with jabbering, I’ll bid you goodnight.
